Shipping

Please contact me if you have questions about when your order is about to be shipped. If you are local please choose the local pick up / delivery option and shipping fee will be voided and drop off / pickup will be arrange. 

Please keep in mind there is a drop off fee. 

Processing Times

All Products are made to order and will ship within 15 business days. This however may change based on volume of orders.

Refund/Exchanges

Due to the nature of my items I do not accept refunds or exchanges. I am also not responsible for any items once you have received your tracking number 

Measurements

The measurement chart I use for my crochet clothing are on every listing. Please know your correct measurements and refer to measure chat before purchasing to avoid any mix up.
